At 17 months, Kate only stops when she's sleeping. She takes one nap a day, usually noon to about 2 p.m. She goes to bed at 8 and sleeps till around 6-6:30. We're working on extended that a little :)
Kate still loves to play with Alli. She can say Alli's name pretty clearly now. She also says yes, no, mo (more), please (peas), dog, duck, mama, daddy, juice, go, nana (banana), and a few other words. She enjoys playing with other kids at school, but she plays really well by herself too. She loves to look at books, knock down blocks and more than anything play outside.
I can't believe she'll be a year and a half old in a few weeks. She looks more like a little girl and less like a baby everyday. I think she's going to enjoy being a big sister. She loves to help out. You can see her helping Uncle Earl with his tools below.
